Wondering what mindfulness is all about? Or tried it before and wanting to try it again? Join Office Om on Saturday 20th May to explore Mindfulness and understand the benefits it could have for you. From decreasing anxiety, helping depression, increasing focus, improving relationships and helping with our emotional reactions to situations, there are all sorts of reasons that people practice mindfulness. There is also a lot of evidence to support is effectiveness. And some people just enjoy the head space it can create. There are many ways you can practice. This workshop will introduce you to some different mindfulness techniques and look at how you can take these further if you desire. FAQs What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? The Clayton Hotel is really close to Cardiff Central Station and many bus routes. There is nearby parking such as the John Lewis car park. What do I need to wear/bring? You can wear whatever you like - the gentle yoga poses can be adapted to any clothes, but less restrictive clothes can be more comfortable. You don't need to bring anything.
