Okay, so let's give it a goHere's a mindfulness exercise you can try right now.....just sit in a comfortable position, feel your body being fully supported. If you're happy to do so, let your eyes rest shut and bring your attention to your breath, notice, without judging, how it is feeling today inside your body today, notice the sensation of the in-breath and the out-breath, if you notice your mind wandering, just noticing that and bringing your focus back to your breath, spend as long as you want here, watching the breath, then bring your focus back to your body and then back to the room, before gently opening your eyes.
