Try something simpleWhy don't you have a stretch right now? Go on, try something. Bring your attention to your body, notice a part that feels like it needs moving, and move it. Maybe you've noticed some tension in your shoulders and giving them a few gentle rolls just feels good. Or maybe you've got the urge to stand up and have a really big stretch. Whatever it is, bringing your focus to your body, and giving it some mindful movement can really help. Give it a go and see how it feels.
