Office Yoga?  What's that?

Life can get sedentary sometimes. It's so important to move our bodies throughout the day. Office yoga is yoga you can do at work or anywhere.  No need for Lycra clothing or a yoga mat (although feel free to use these too!).  Office Om's office yoga strand involves movement that you can incorporate into your daily life.  Adding movement to your day can help reenergise, reinvigorate and refocus.

Try something simple

Why don't you have a stretch right now? Go on, try something.  Bring your attention to your body, notice a part that feels like it needs moving, and move it.  Maybe you've noticed some tension in your shoulders and giving them a few gentle rolls just feels good.  Or maybe you've got the urge to stand up and have a really big stretch.  Whatever it is, bringing your focus to your body, and giving it some mindful movement can really help.  Give it a go and see how it feels.
