​I just felt that sometimes when you reach out for help it can be met with a standard 'eat healthy, exercise more' response which while the other person might feel helpful it can be a knock when this advice has been given a few times in the past with unsuccessful outcomes. This session really gave pointers on how to identify that spiralling low mood, how to assess your working week and what contributes to this, and what can be incorporated into day-to-day life to make you feel a little bit more in control.

Really great session, had useful practical points that could be incorporated into daily life without being the generic go for a run or eat healthier. The scale is something I use on a daily basis and check in each morning to see how I'm feel 1-10, I also ask this question to colleagues who are comfortable with this as at the moment the generic 'you ok?' at the start of a call just isnt cutting it. Sometimes these sort of workshops dont actually give you any useful ways to manage mood and identify red flags so this session was really refreshing.

Already do yoga 1-2 times a week with an instructor, normally in a studio but due to covid it's over the zoom. It's not quite the same but thought the stretches considering they are in or from a chair are really great. Liked the pace and delivery of the class and would love to follow you on social to learn and find out more. Great work!

I would definitely recommend. I very much like Osk's calming style & the exercises given are very helpful & something that can be achieved easily within the working day. Would be helpful if the sessions could be recorded - as this would help the team go back & use the techniques time & time again. I for one do sometimes forget certain movements / the routine so would find this very helpful.

Love my Weekly sessions with Osk, Relaxing and works the muscles not being used sat at our desk. The exercise carried out by Osk is crucial for my physical and Mental wellbeing during this current situation. Absolutely loved this session. I don't do much yoga or fitness, and don't have much spare time or space to do exercise. This session really suited me, because it was just a quick break and was very easy but effective. My body felt much more relaxed, and I feel like some of the stretcheswere things I could even remember and do on my own on a daily basis. Really looking forward to more sessions!

It was great to try something different. As a busy team we rarely get to take time out for ourselves especially to consider our mind-set.  Taking a breath and a short re-set when under pressure is essential for a quick improvement of energy and productivity.  We also had fun with the stretching.  I have seen a few trees , mountains and RAAAAR’s around the office since your visit

I thoroughly enjoyed the Office yoga session I attended with Cathy. The techniques I learnt were great; effective, yet really simple, quick and easy to do – wherever you happen to be! I will definitely be employing some of the exercises regularly in my office, as I suffer a lot with neck and shoulder tension and Cathy was able to highlight the exercises which would help most with this.  I would definitely be keen to attend further sessions like this; great practical tips given, and Cathy has such a warm, gentle style, which is so conducive to the subject matter.
