It's the time of year when many start to feel tired and overwhelmed.
How would you like some space to renergise, refocus and a find a sense of calm?
If so, join us for a warming Office Om Winter workshop on Saturday 16th December 10-12:30pm in Pen-y-lan, Cardiff. We’ll try skills and strategies you can put in place to help decrease stress and increase your wellbeing at this time of year. This will include a mindfulness taster and a relaxation practice. We’ll also learn some desk yoga moves, which are chair-based, and standing stretches you can use any time and anywhere to move your body, increasing energy or helping to relax. Lycra and yoga mats are not required, the movements are adapted to whatever you're wearing. Warming drinks and other refreshments included.

You can wear whatever you like - the gentle yoga poses can be adapted to any clothes and you don't need to bring anything. Refunds The tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Group There are limited tickets available. The group will include some discussion which is optional.
